Ray Moreno is a self-taught photographer born in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles CA. He is currently refocusing his efforts in art despite a Two year break from photography from 2018 till winter of 2020. All work exhibited dates back through the period of 2015-2017 while living between Los Angeles, Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area.
